How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We dispatch online orders once a week, every Wednesday. If you need your order more urgently contact us, and we will do our best to help you.
Can you send a card for me?
Yes, of course! If you would like us to send your card direct to the recipient, please select the appropriate postage at checkout. Leave the message you would like us to handwrite in the card, in the Send To Recipient section when checking out. Ensure the shipping address is that of your recipient.
What is your lead time for commissions?
We blanket a 6 week lead time on all commissions. With final designs, ink and stock requests made 3 weeks before our production date.
Do you do wedding stationery?
Most definitely! We would love to help make your day extra special with the perfect stationery. We are flexible and accommodating with all commissions so please just get in touch.
What typefaces and ink colours do you have?
If you would like to see our font, ink and stock lists please drop us a message and we will forward them onto you.
What is your maximum print area?

Do you work with Photopolymer Plates?
Yes, we do. This is a great way to achieve more illustrative, decorative designs. We source our plates from an external supplier therefore request final artwork 4 weeks before production date.
